How do I receive my registration confirmation?
Confirmation e-mails are sent to the address you used when registering. If you have not received yours, please check your spam folder and contact the secretariat:
What is included in the registration fee?
Participant badge, certificate of participation, entrance to the congress centre, the scientific sessions, and the coffee breaks and lunches listed in the programme.
Can I bring a guest?
Only participants with a paid registration can enter the congress centre, so guests need their own registration. For accommodation, you can book a double room; rates are on the registration page.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- All cancellations should be submitted to the organizing secretariat in writing.
- For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or sponsorship made before May 15, 2026, 10% of the total amount paid and any bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
- No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after May 15, 2026.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be paid to the notified bank accounts within 60 days from the start of the conference.
- Sponsor companies must complete all payments before the event; 10% interest will be applied to the invoice amount for each month of delay.

How do I book a hotel?
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early. Use the online registration system, or e-mail the secretariat for sponsored or group bookings.
What is included in the accommodation?
Bed and breakfast. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 (noon).
Can I book an airport transfer?
Yes, from Istanbul International Airport to the congress hotel. Fees are listed on the registration page; send your flight details at least one week in advance.
Do I need a visa?
Registered participants can request an invitation letter for their visa application from the secretariat:

Is there a conference dinner?
No dinner is organised for participants; dinner arrangements and expenses are personal. Istanbul offers a wide range of restaurants close to the venue.

Presentations & posters
Can I present in my own language?
No. The official language of the conference is English, and all presentations must be in English. AI-powered real-time translation is offered to listeners in Halls A–D.
Is there a presentation template?
Yes. Please use the official 16:9 template for your slides.
Do I need to send my presentation in advance?
No. Please deliver it to the Speaker Ready Desk at least one hour before your session, and keep to the speaking time in the scientific programme.
- Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. Only Windows is available; if you prepared it on a Mac or want to show a video, bring your own laptop with an HDMI adapter.
- Check that your file displays correctly at the Speaker Ready Desk.
- If you use your own laptop, bring it to the technical desk in your session room one hour before the session; it is returned at the operation desk afterwards.
What are the poster requirements?
All accepted posters are displayed electronically in the foyer during the conference; you do not need to bring a printed poster. Upload deadline:

After the conference
How do I get my certificate of participation?
After the conference, information about your certificate is sent to the e-mail address you registered with. Please check your spam folder.
Where can I find the congress book?
The congress book is published on this website in PDF format after the conference. Abstract books of earlier editions are already available.
