Submission details

All abstracts should be submitted electronically via the abstractModule submission system. Abstracts not submitted through the official system, including those sent by e-mail or post, will not be accepted. Submitted abstracts are published without corrections, so please check carefully for spelling and typing errors.

• Results of the reviewers’ decisions will be sent by 15 July.
• The deadline for registration payment is 31 August for the abstract to be printed in the official conference journal.
• Abstracts not presented at the conference will not be included in the abstract book.
• Notifications are sent to the corresponding author registered in the submission system; please check your spam folder.

Guidelines for submission

1. Abstracts shall be submitted only via the online abstract system.
2. Author names should not include academic titles.
3. Names should be written with only the first letter capitalised and without abbreviations.
4. The name and address of each author’s institution should be stated.
5. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalised (abbreviations excluded).
6. Any abbreviation should be explained in parentheses.
7. Briefly explain the purpose and methods, summarise the findings with sufficient statistical detail, and state the conclusion.
8. Organise the abstract under objective, materials and methods, results and conclusions.
9. The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and author names.

• You can track the evaluation of your abstract in the system with your e-mail and password.

Abstract review

All abstracts will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Registration of the presenting author is compulsory for an accepted abstract to be included in the programme. An acceptance letter will be e-mailed to the corresponding author.
