- Participants who register only for the Radiology Course will have access to the congress exclusively on the day of the course. Participants already registered for the congress can attend the Radiology Course free of charge; for pre-registration, please send an e-mail to the secretariat.
- Registration as “Assistant / Student” requires documentation of student status.
- Congress registrants can attend one of the courses held on the first day free of charge; please inform the organizing agency in advance which course you will attend.
Included in the fee
Participation in the scientific programme, name badge, certificate of participation, coffee breaks and open buffet lunches as per the programme.
Not included
20% VAT, dinners, and any food and beverage services not included in the programme outside the congress foyer area.

- Rooms at the congress hotel are filling up quickly; rooms are reserved for a limited time and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00 (noon).

- Please send your flight details to the organizing agency in writing at least one week before your transfer.
- Inform us of any time change at least 72 hours before your flight.
Payment terms
- Bank transfers to the congress account must be free of bank deductions; transfer fees are covered by the participant. Any shortfall will be requested from the participant.
- Registrations, course registrations and accommodation bookings are confirmed once payment is made on the specified date and approved by the organizing agency.
Cancellation and refund policy
- All cancellations should be submitted to the organizing secretariat in writing.
- For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or sponsorship made before May 15, 2026, 10% of the total amount paid and any bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
- No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after May 15, 2026.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be paid to the notified bank accounts within 60 days from the start of the conference.
- Sponsor companies must complete all payments before the event; 10% interest will be applied to the invoice amount for each month of delay.
